添加玉米粉对甜菜渣青贮品质的影响 被引量:12

Effects of maize powder supplementation on the quality of sugarbeet pulp silage

摘要 以甜菜渣为青贮原料,研究玉米粉及其不同添加量(20、40、60、80、100kg/t)对甜菜渣青贮品质的影响,以期为生产实践提供科学依据。结果表明:添加玉米粉后,甜菜渣青贮料的pH值、粗蛋白质(CP)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干物质含量显著增加(P<0.05)。添加100kg/t的玉米粉可显著降低氨态氮的含量(P<0.05),且可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量为对照组的6倍。各处理组的乳酸和乙酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙酸和丁酸含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 The effects of maize meal (20,40,60,80,100 kg/t) concentration on the silage quality of sugarbeet pulp were studied.The results showed that maize meal treatments decreased the pH value and crude protein (CP) content of the sugarbeet pulp silage significantly (P 〈 0.05),but the dry matter (DM) content of the trentments was higher than that of the control (P 〈 0.05).Ammonia-N content of the 1130 kg/t maize meal supplementation was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ) and water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC) content was 6 times more than that of the control (P 〈 0.05).Compared to the control, the content of lactic acid and acetic acid in all the treatments increased and the content of propionic acid and butyric acid were decreased(P 〈 0.05).
