摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了遮光对三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa)光合参数的影响。结果表明:遮光处理提高了三叶鬼针草叶绿素a+b含量,但叶绿素a/b的比值没有什么改变;高光强条件下生长的三叶鬼针草的最大光合速率和饱和光分别是遮光处理的3.79和2.71倍;遮光处理的初始斜率比对照高,而表观量子效率却比对照低;遮光处理的三叶鬼针草在光合有效辐射低于100μmol.m-2.s-1时,其光合速率比对照组要高;当光合有效辐射超过650μmol.m-2.s-1时,光合速率随光强的增加而下降;对照组在光强约为1780μmol.m-2.s-1时才出现光合速率随光强的增加而降低的现象;遮光处理不利于三叶鬼针草的生长。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of shading on the photosynthetic parameters of Bidens pilosa. The results showed that shading increased the content of chlorophyll a + b, but had less effect on the ratio of chlorophyll a/b. Under high light, the maximum net photosynthetic rate and saturation irradianee of B. pilosa were 3.79 times and 2.71 times of those under shading, respectively. The initial slope of light-response curve of B. pilosa was larger under shading than under high light, while the apparent quantum yield was in adverse. The net photosynthetic rate of B. pilosa under shading was higher than that under high light when the irradiance was below 100μmol·m^-2 ·s^-1, and decreased with increasing irradianee when the irradiance was above 650 μmol·m^-2 · s^-1 Under high light, the net photosynthetic rate decreased with increasing irradiance only when the irradiance was about 1780μmol· m^-2 ·s^-1. It was suggested that shading was an important limiting factor for the growth of B. pilosa.
