摘要
针对传统变电站开关设备控制的数字化改造,提出了一种基于IEC61850的开关设备接口装置,实现数字化变电站过程层的相关功能。介绍了接口装置的整体结构与运行原理,说明了各组成部分的功能与硬件实现方法,重点论述了间隔层非IEC61850的保护控制设备与接口装置PLC之间实现IEC61850标准通信的方法。装置以PLC取代断路器控制回路的操作箱单元,以嵌入式技术实现通信单元和规约转换,通过规约转换器以IEC61850标准与间隔层设备无缝连接,可实时接收遥控、保护命令并完成开关的分合闸控制,上传开关设备状态及就地操作参数。
For the digital retrofit of traditional substation switchgear control,a switchgear interface equipment based on IEC61850 is put forward to implement the functions of process level. Its overall structure, operating principle, component functions and hardware implementation are introduced. The IEC61850 communication between its PLC and the non-IEC61850-based protection devices is detailed. The operation box of breaker control circuit is replaced by PLC and the embedded technology is used in communication unit and protocol conversion. It is seamlessly connected to bay level devices via the protocol converter based on IEC61850 for real-timely receiving remote control and tion, and transferring upstream the switchgear states protection commands, executing open or close opera and local operating parameters.
