损毁嗅球对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆功能的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Removed Olfactory Bulb on Learning and Memory Abilities of the Vascular Dementia Rats

摘要 目的探索损毁嗅球对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法制作VD及其损毁嗅球大鼠模型,测试大鼠水迷宫学习记忆能力。结果定位航行试验显示,6 d平均逃避潜伏期比较,嗅球损毁模型明显短于VD模型组(P<0.01),嗅球损毁后VD造模组显著长于VD模型组(P<0.01),VD造模后嗅球损毁组略长于VD模型组(P<0.05)。空间探索试验显示,原平台象限跨越相应平台的次数比较,VD模型组、VD造模后嗅球损毁组、嗅球损毁后VD造模组均明显少于嗅球损毁模型组(P<0.01);VD模型组与VD造模后嗅球损毁组之差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而VD模型组与嗅球损毁后VD造模组之差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯损毁嗅球能够降低正常大鼠的学习记忆功能,但尚不能达到痴呆程度。如果损毁嗅球后再附加脑缺血因素,则显著降低大鼠学习记忆功能,由此加重了痴呆的程度;如果在脑缺血后再行损毁嗅球,则未见明显降低大鼠学习记忆功能。 Objective To explore the effect of removed olfactory bulb on learning and memory abilities of the Vascular Dementia(VD) rats. Methods VD models were established by 4 -vessel occlusion . Morris maze tests were conducted for valuating the learning and memory abilities. Results Compared with control group, the escape latency in 6 days significantly prolonged in VD model group( P 〈0.01 ). Compared with VD model group, the escape latency in 6 days significantly prolonged in removed olfactory bulb group( P 〈0.01 ). No significant differences were found between VD model group and VD model plus removed olfactory bulb group( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The effect of removed olfactory bulb lightely decreased learning and memory abilities of VD rats. The effect of removed olfactory bulb combined with cerebral ischemia seriously decreased learning and memory abilities of VD rats.
