摘要
糖尿病肾病的治疗是综合的治疗过程。目前,临床上糖尿病肾病治疗主要包括早期诊断,理想的降血糖、降血压,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂的应用,脂代谢异常的调节和低蛋白饮食等,当糖尿病肾病发展至终末期时血液透析和肾移植是主要的有效治疗手段。随着对糖尿病肾病发病机制研究的不断深入,新的治疗措施将不断浮现。本文简述了糖尿病肾病治疗的研究进展。
Therapy for diabetic nephropathy is a general process. At present, the treatments for diabetic nephropathy mainly include early diagnosis,lowering blood sugar in ideal level, antihypertension, application of ACEI and ARB, regulation of lipid metabolic disorder, and low protein diets. Once this disease developed into advanced stage, the hematodialysis and renal transplantation is its main effective therapeutic methods. With the development of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy, new treatments will emerge. In this article, therapeuticstudy of diabetic nephropathy is introduced.
