摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验,对酶法提取麦冬多糖的工艺进行研究,得到最佳工艺条件:料液比1:35、溶剂pH值5.0、酶用量0.5%、酶解温度45℃、酶解反应时间120min。采用酶水解后,麦冬多糖的提取率显著提高。
Extracting polysaccharide of Ophiopogonjaponicus by enzymatic method was studied by using single factor test and orthogonal test. It is concluded that the optimal conditions of extraction were the ratio of material to water 1:35, pH 5.0, and the enzyme dosage 0.5 %, the enzymolysis temperature 45 ℃, the enzymolysis time 120min. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharide was significantly increased.
