摘要
本实验用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPk=30)为载体,采用溶剂法将苯巴比妥分别制成3种不同比例的共沉淀物,比较共沉淀物、机械混合物和原药的溶解特性,结果表明,共沉淀物能极显著地提高原药的溶解度和溶出速率。
The coprecitation of phenobarbital-PVP was prepared by solvent method. The ratios of phenobarbital and PVP are 1:3 and 1: 10. The statistical analysis of dissolution rates showed extremely significant difference (P<0.01) between pure drug and mechanical impurity, coprecitation; significant difference (0.01 < P < 0.05)between mechanical impurity and coprecitate and no difference between coprecindion of different rations (P> 0. 05)
