磁敏感加权成像在脑血管畸形中的应用价值

摘要 目的分析磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在脑血管畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法2008年3月至7月间对6例颅内血管畸形患者经1.5TMR检查的资料进行回顾性分析,其中5例为海绵状血管瘤,1例为静脉畸形。SWI所得图像应用16 mm厚度的最小密度投影重建,将SWI图像与常规MR序列比较。结果SWI对6例血管畸形患者的病灶均显示清楚。其中5例海绵状血管瘤患者常规MR序列发现5个海绵状血管瘤,而SWI发现了9个;结论SWI应作为脑血管畸形诊断的常规序列应用于临床,结合其他序列对脑血管畸形能提供更全面、准确的信息。 Objective : To discuss the value of susceptibility weighted imaging ( SWI ) in the brain vascular malformations. Methods: From March 2008 to July 2008,6 patients with brain vascular malformations, including 5 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 case of venous malformation, were examined with a 1.5 TMR scanner. The images of SWI were reconstructed by minimum intensity projection in 10 mm thickness. The comparison of SWI and conventional MR sequences was obtained. Results : SWI showed all the cases clearly. In 5 cases of patients with cavernous angioma, 9 lesions were shown by SWI, only 5 shown by conventional sequence. Conclusion: SWI should be used in combination with other sequence, as a routine MR sequence for detecting brain vascular malformation and providing more complete and detailed information.
