摘要
随着就业形势的不断严峻,大学生创业已成为当前高等教育所面临的新课题。上海市大学生科技创业基金会于2007年对上海大学生实行抽样调研,选取6所高校,共1256名在校大学生,实施问卷调查,通过创业能力、创业品质、创业意愿、创业准备等指标综合反映大学生创业意愿。调研发现:当代大学生创业准备不足,由此导致创业意识薄弱。总体上,大学生缺乏必备的创业能力。
Entrepreneurship is an issue of the era. As it is becoming more and more difficult for college students to get jobs, graduate entrepreneurship has become the new focus of the current higher education system. In 2007, Shanghai Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates conducted a sample survey on 1256 university students from 6 universities in Shanghai. The questionnaire indicates the entrepreneurial aspiration of the college students through a comprehensive index including entrepreneurial competence, characteristics, aspiration, and preparation for entrepreneurship. The result shows that owing to insufficient preparation for entrepreneurship, college students lack entrepreneurship enthusiasm. On the whole, college students are short of competence required by entrepreneurship.
