摘要
多普勒天气雷达在强对流天气探测、云雾物理研究及灾害性天气警报和短时预报及研究方面有着广泛的应用。本文采集1985年到2007年世界多普勒天气雷达技术专利文献,建立专利数据库,从技术和竞争两个方面对多普勒天气雷达的发展脉络和竞争格局进行定量和定性分析,揭示出多普勒天气雷达技术已处于较成熟阶段,美国无论是在专利数量还是专利质量上都占绝对优势地位;本文还列出了前十位世界上重要研发机构专利申请量,并对在我国申请的国内外申请人拥有专利情况进行对比分析,最后提出了若干有关我国发展多普勒天气雷达技术的专利战略。
Doppler weather radar covers strong convective weather detection, cloud physics research and disaster weather alarm, and short-term forecasting and its studies, therefore it has a wide range of applications. Worldwide Doppler meteorological radar technology patent documents from 1985 to 2007 have been collected in this paper. Associated patent databases were established. The worldwide development thread and competition pattern of Doppler meteorological radar technology were quantitatively and qualitatively investigated according to both of technology and competitiveness. Results show that : Doppler meteorological radar technology has been at a more mature stage; for both number and quality of patents, the United States has an absolute precedence; the top 10 important worldwide applicants were listed,the important applicant competition in China was also investigated, the patent strategy of Doppler meteorological radar technology has been discussed.
