摘要
本文研究了用煤油-磷酸三丁酯-Span 80-脂肪酸酯-HCl溶液制成的液膜体系从水溶液中提取苯胺的过程、并对溶剂和表面活性剂的选择及用量,搅拌速度,R_ie,R_ew,外相PH的选择进行了一系列的研究.结果表明,该法既适用于高浓度又适于低浓度的苯胺水溶液的处理.能达到国家允许排放浓度3mg·l^(-1)以下.
A process of extracting aniline from aqueous solution by liquid membrane, which consists of kerosene tribytyl phosphate (TBP), span 80, fatty acid ester and HCl, was described in this paper. The selection of parameters including dissolvant and sarface active agent, stirring speed, Rie, Rew and pH of the external phase was also studied. The result shows that the method can be used in treatment of aniline solution at either high or low concentration, and the concentration of aniline was down to after-treatment can meet 3mg ?l-1 or less, and is satisfactory to the dischargeable solution.
