苦石莲皮普通粉挥发性成分研究

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Volatile Constituents from the Shell of Caesalpinia minax Hance

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对苦石莲皮普通粉中挥发性成分进行研究。结合计算机检索技术和标准谱库对其进行结构鉴定和含量测定。鉴定出63个化学成分,占挥发油总成分的54.7%(共检测出115个化学成分),其主要成分有柠檬烯(5.311%)、壬醛(2.785%)、E,E-2,4-癸二烯醛(2.998%)、α-柏木醇(2.077%)和亚油酸甲酯(3.297%)。 The chemical compositions of the volatile constituents from the shell of Caesalpinia minax Hance were studied by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) for the first time. By this study, one hundred and fifteen kinds of chemical constituents in Caesalpinia minax Hance were separated and sixty-three of them,which accounted for 54.7% of the total oil were characterized. The main components were limonene( 5. 311% ) ,nonanal( 2.785% ) ,E,E-2,4-decadienal (2.998%) ,α-cedrol( 2. 077% ) and methyl linoleate (3. 297% ).
