摘要
在烟草种植、加工等过程中，有大量废次烟叶产生。废次烟叶不仅含有丰富的医药中间体成分-烟碱、茄尼醇和绿原酸，还含有丰富的功能食品成分-果胶和叶蛋白，是一种价廉物美的天然药食资源。本文重点介绍了它们的性质、用途、提取方法等国内外研究进展情况，便于更好的利用废次烟叶得到更有价值的产品。
The discarded tobacco leaves produced largely in tobacco planting and processing, are low-cost, valuable and natural resources for drug and food production. They contain not only abundant medicinal materials, such as nicotine, solanesol and chlorogcnic acid, but also functional food components, such as pectin and leaf protein.
