摘要
随着我国城市交通量的不断增长,城市道路交叉口交通压力也越来越大,交叉口的服务水平是评估交叉口设计合理性的重要指标。而信号交叉口的延误则是评价信号交叉口运行效率和服务水平的重要度量。以合肥市一个典型的十字型平面信号交叉口(屯马道路交叉口)为例,调查分析该道路信号交叉口的交通现状,给出确定交叉口延误的方法,并用"点样本法"对其进行延误计算。最后,评价该交叉口的服务水平,从而为该市的城市规划和交通管理提供参考依据。
With the development of the vehicles , urban intersections have become more and more congestive and an array of problems turn out. The service level of signal intersection is an important factor. However , vehicle delay at signal intersections is the important measure to analyze the running efficiency and service level. Taking a typical intersection （Tun-Ma Road） for example , in this paper the statement of traffic at this signal intersection and the method to compute the delay are described. And individual sample survey is used to compute the delay. Finally , the service level of signal intersection at Tun-Ma Road in Hefei is evaluated. It is helpful to traffic plan and traffic management for the city.
