摘要
现有教学资源已不能满足医学教育发展的需要,临床学院选择了医疗条件好,技术力量雄厚,有合作意识的三甲医院进行非直管附属医院的改造和建设。本文对非直管附属医院建设的基本思路、实施方案和效果作了初步研究。旨为促进教学基地发展,保证教学任务的完成。
The existing teaching resources can no longer meet the needs of medical education development. Clinical colleges selected the three-A hospitals which possess good medical conditions, strong technical resources and sense of cooperation as their affiliated hospitals not directly administered in order to rebuild and construct them. The paper makes a primary study on the basic thoughts, implementation plans and effectiveness, which aims to promote the development of teaching bases and fulfill teaching tasks.
