摘要
分析了火电厂主蒸汽温度控制现状,通过对过热汽温的主要影响因素的分析,针对单元机组主汽温控制中的滞后特性,提出了将炉膛辐射能信号引入到主汽温控制回路的设想。引入炉膛辐射能信号参与的主汽温控制控制策略,改变了主汽温在惰性区内的延迟,使主汽温的控制品质提高。通过在一台300MW燃煤机组上的试验,获得了较好的效果。
It is fluctuant with a varied scope in coal-fired power plant as the different response characteristics of leading and retarded control, and economical efficiency and steady operation of unit plant can be affected directly by steam temperature. Through analyzing the influence factors and specialty of superheated steam, a new control strategy on introducing Radiant Energy Signal into circuitry of steam temperature is put forward. Simulation and in-suit operation has been carried out in a 300MW pulverized boiler power plant.
