摘要
煤粉锅炉水冷壁近壁还原性气氛是造成水冷壁高温腐蚀的重要原因。首先介绍了对上海锅炉厂1025t/h锅炉水冷壁近壁气氛的测试及水冷壁高温腐蚀倾向评估情况,而后阐述了为改善水冷壁近壁还原性气氛开展的调整试验工作,调整试验工作使水冷壁近壁还原性气氛得到了改善,而后根据测试及调整情况进行了分析并提出了相关建议。
Furnace near-wall reducing flue gas is the most important cause leading to boiler furnace high temperature corrosion. It first introduces the furnace near-wall flue gas measurement and high temperature corrosion tendency evaluation for 1025t/h boiler made by Shanghai Boiler Plant, and then expatiates on the adjustment work for improving furnace near-wall reducing flue gas, the adjustment work has improved the boiler furnace near-wall reducing flue gas, at last analyzes the furnace flue gas status basing on measurement and adjustment work, and gives correlative suggestions for the boiler.
