摘要
文章采用文献资料整理研究方法,从新中国成立以后四川省中小学体育教师培养体制状况入手,分析中小学体育教师培养体制运行中出现的问题,提出中小学体育教师培养体制改革的思路与对策在于:加强政府的宏观管理和监督机制;构建一个提升、开放、沟通和多层次、多渠道的中小学体育教师培养机制;高校应加强课程设置,调整专业结构;采用灵活多样的适合中小学体育教师特点的进修形式,建立稳定的院、校继续教育基地和开展多种形式的继续教育。
This article employed the documentary researching method. Proceeding with the state of the cultivating system of Middle- School and Primary - School P.E. Teachers in Sichuan Province, ever since the founding of PRC, the author analyzes the problems occurred in the operating course of the Middle - School and Primary - School P.E. Teachers＇ cultivating system, then provides the solutions of the reformation on the Middle - School and Primary - School P.E. Teachers＇ cultivating system： the reinforcement of government＇ s macro - management and supervision mechenism; the construction of promoting, open, communicative, multhevel, multichannel mechanism of the Middle- School and Primary- School P.E. Teachers＇ cultivating system;the strengthen of course setting, the adjustment of majors＇ structure; the adoption of flexible and various training mode for the characteristics of the Middle - School and Primary - School P.E. Teachers; setting up stable continuous educational bases, and developing a variety of patterns of continuous education.
