摘要 表观遗传学是研究没有DNA序列变化但能产生可遗传的基因功能变化的学科,它和遗传学既相互区别、彼此影响,又相辅相成,其机制主要涉及DNA共价修饰、蛋白质共价修饰、染色质重塑和非编码RNA的调控等。本文就它的产生、机制及生物学意义进行了综述。 Epigenetics is one subject that researched gene function change with heritable cheracteristics but no DNA sequence alteration. It is different from genetics, but influenced each other. Its mechanism mainly concerns DNA modification, chromosome remodeling and the regulation of non - coding RNA etc. The paper recounts its producing, mechanism and biology meaning.
