摘要
随着汽车产业知识产权纠纷越来越多,知识产权问题日益成为我国汽车产业发展的重要瓶颈。在分析了我国汽车产业自主知识产权的现状,尤其是存在的突出问题后,结合国内汽车企业的自主创新的道路选择,有针对性地提出促进汽车产业自主知识产权全面构建的政策建议。
With more and more disputes on intellectual property in automobile industry, the issue of protection of intellectual property rights has become an increasingly important bottleneck in the development of China＇s auto industry. The thesis analyzes the situation of independent IP in China＇s auto industry, especially the problems. Based on the comparison of means of independent innovation adopted by domestic auto enterprises, some constructive suggestions are put forwards in order to facilitate the overall improvement of independent IP in auto industry.
