DR胸部摄片质量与自动曝光量的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨DR胸部摄片的质量与自动曝光量的关系。方法:回顾性分析2008年2月12日至2008年3月2日在我院进行胸部正位摄片的170例患者的胸片资料,测量背景信号值,第9胸椎正中信号值,肝脏信号值,肺野信号值,并记录kV、mAs、ms、曝光指数、曝光剂量等值。结果:平均辐射剂量为0.555±0.126dGycm2,平均背景信号值为26895±1079,两者的相关系数为0.761(P<0.05)。肝脏/背景信号值存在相关性(P<0.05),肺野/背景信号值,第9胸椎与辐射剂量相关性不明显(P>0.05),mAs、ms与辐射剂量关系最密切。各参数均在设备上提供的参考范围内。结论:通过测量多个选定点的信号强度来评价DR胸部摄片的质量是可行的,在规定的曝光指数范围内,采用自动曝光,由自动曝光计算的剂量与DR胸部摄片的对比度具有相关性,采用自动曝光条件选择可以保证影像质量符合诊断需要,对瘦小患者自动降低辐射剂量对图像质量影响不明显。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the exposure and quality of chest digital radiography. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the chest radiography of 170 patients with chest study in our hospital from February 12, 2008 to March 2, 2008, measured and recorded the background signal value, the signal value of the central of 9th thoracic vertebrae, liver and lung field, as well as kV, mAs, ms, EI, dGycm2. Results: The average radiation dose was 0.555 ± 0.126dGycm^2, the average background signal was 26,895 ± 1,079, the correlation coefficient between of them was 0.761(P〈0.05). Liver / background signal was associated with radiation dose (P〈0. 05), and the correlation between lung field / background signal and the 9th thoracic/background signal with radiation dose were not significant (P〉0.05). The mAs and ms were closely related with the radiation dose. All of the parameters were in the range, which were provided by the equipment manufacturers. Conclusion: It's feasible to evaluate the quality of chest radiography by measuring the signal value of selected points in DR imaging. There is a significant correlation between the contrast of chest radiography and automatic exposure dose. Applying the selection of automatic exposure conditions could meet clinical requirements. To the lean patients, automatically reducing the radiation dose has little effect on the image quality.
