摘要
目的观察透刺加脉冲与中药并用治疗肿瘤患者顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将141例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组74例,施行透刺加脉冲与中药并用治疗;对照组67例,施行西药安慰解痉法治疗,均治疗5次,进行评价其临床疗效,并且半个月后随访,了解患者有无复发情况。结果两组治疗疗程结束后之间比较,治疗组在临床治愈和总有效率上明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.025)。结论透刺加脉冲与中药并用是治疗肿瘤患者顽固性呃逆的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of point-through-point acupuncture plus current pulse and Chinese herbal medicine in treating intractable hiccup in tumor patients. Methods One hundred and forty-one tumor patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 74 cases and a control group of 67 cases. The treatment group was treated by combined use of point-through-point acupuncture plus current pulse and Chinese herbal medicine and the control group, by Western drug placebo for antispasm. Both were treated for 5 times. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated afterward. A follow-up was performed 15 days later to see if there was a recurrence. Results A comparison between the two groups after the completion of treatment course showed that the clinical cure rate and the total efficacy rate were obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group; there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.01,P〈0.025）. Conclusion Combined use of point-through-point acupuncture plus current pulse and Chinese herbal medicine is an effective way to treat intractable hiccup in tumor patients.
