摘要
针对球磨机制粉系统的多变量、强耦合、非线性、时变性等特点,在对系统的动态特性进行了全面分析的基础上,基于模糊控制理论,提出了递阶模糊-PID复合控制,并对控制系统的控制效果进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明提出的控制方法比传统控制方法有更好的控制品质,它跟踪快、鲁棒性强、解耦好,较好地解决了球磨机系统的时变性、耦合性等问题。
Aiming at the characteristics of the ball mill pulverizing system, such as multi-variable, strong coupling, nonlinear, time-varying etc., a hierarchical fuzzy-PID control system is introduced in this paper based on the fuzzy control theory and the analysis of the system's dynamic characteristic, and the simulation results are also presented. The simulation results show that, compared to the traditional control method, the control method referred in this paper has the advantages such as well control quality, fast tracking ability, strong robustness, good decoupling ability, and it can effectively solve the time-varying problem, coupling problem etc.
