2型糖尿病周围神经病变危险因素分析被引量：22

摘要目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的相关临床危险因素。方法对547例2型糖尿病住院患者进行双下肢肌电电生理检查,分为DPN组以及非DPN(NDPN)组。测定体质量指数、血压、血糖、胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(尿A/C)等指标。对各指标进行单因素分析,然后进行Logistic多元回归分析。结果DPN组的病程、年龄、OGTT试验空腹及餐后血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、尿A/C水平高于NDPN组,而空腹以及OGTT2 h的胰岛素和C肽水平低于非NDPN组。多元回归分析显示:年龄、病程、OGTT试验空腹及2 h血糖、尿A/C与DPN呈正相关,而空腹以及OTGG试验2 h的胰岛素和C肽水平与DPN呈负相关。结论年龄、病程、尿A/C、空腹以及OGTT试验2 h血糖、胰岛素、C肽是DPN的危险因素。
