Texture Segmentation Based on Fractal Wavelet Dimension

摘要 为了更有效地描述图像纹理特性,在深入研究现阶段各种纹理分割方法的基础上,提出了基于分形小波维数的纹理分割方法。该方法通过提取分形小波维数,将分形的方法和小波理论结合,提取了图像的分形特征参数,然后利用分形小波维数进行图像分割,并用实验证明该方法的有效性及实用价值。 According to the study of various methods of texture segmentation at present, a method of texture segmentation based on fractal wavelet dimension was proposed for the description of the texture features. This method, using fractal and wavelet theory, picks up the fractal parameterization of image by extracting the fractal wavelet dimension, which is used in texture segmentation. The experiments prove the validity and practicality of the method.
