摘要
"重建个人所有"被有些研究者称为"政治经济学领域的哥德巴赫猜想",本文认为,破解这一猜想的关键在于如何解释"所有",倘若仅仅将所有看作是人对于现有物品的关系,那么无论说成是"重建生产资料的个人所有",还是解释为"重建消费资料的个人所有",最终都是难圆其说的。共产主义的理想不在于设定一种全新的个人财产"制度",而是要将劳动者从强制性的分工下解放出来,使劳动成为个人的一项乐趣和内在需要。因此,对于"重建个人所有"最合理的理解应该是指生产物品的过程,而这恰恰是迄今为止的讨论所忽略的。
'Reconstruction of private ownership' is regarded by some researchers as the 'Goldbach’s conjecture' in the field of politic economics. This paper maintains that the key to this question lies in the explanation of 'ownership'. If ownership is considered as a person’s possession of an object, whatever it is, to call it 'reconstruction of the private ownership of productive materials' or 'reconstruction of the private ownership of consumptive materials' ,the final explanation won’t hold water. The communist ideal does not lie in the totally new system of 'ownership of personal assets', but the liberation of labors from compulsory division of work to make labor a pleasure and internal requirement. As a result, the most reasonable explanation of 'reconstruction of private ownership' should refer to the process of the production, which, however, has been completely ignored up to now.
