摘要
目的考查12种大孔吸附树脂对布渣叶总黄酮的吸附与解吸附特性。方法以总黄酮比吸附量和解吸附率为指标,通过静态和动态吸附-解吸附试验进行筛选,对性能较好的树脂进行吸附动力学研究。结果D101、NKA和HPD300树脂的静态比吸附量分别达到18.863、18.482和18.436 mg.g-1,静态解吸率分别为95.92%、89.01%和91.14%;其动态比吸附量分别为12.667、12.271和12.164 mg.g-1,动态解吸附率分别为94.51%、90.24%和91.89%。D101、NKA和HPD300的Langmu ir吸附等温线拟合方程的R2值分别为0.998、0.980和0.997;其Freund lich吸附等温线拟合方程的R2值分别为0.940、0.933和0.938。结论D101、NKA和HPD300大孔树脂对布渣叶总黄酮具有较好的吸附分离性能,其吸附过程符合Langmu ir模型。
Objective To investigate the adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous resins to total flavonoids of Microcos paniculata L.Methods 12 kinds of resins were compared according to their enrichment and purification capabilities,three resins were selected and the kinetics of their sorption process were analyzed.Results For D101,NKA and HPD300,the static adsorption capacities reached 18.863,18.482 and 18.436 mg/g respectively,and the corresponding desorption ratios were 95.92%,89.01% and 91.14%.The dynamic adsorption capacities researched 12.667,12.271 and 12.164 mg/g with the corresponding desorption ratios of 94.51%,90.24% and 91.89%.The correlation coefficients R2 were 0.998,0.980,0.997,and 0.998,0.980,0.997 for fitting Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation of D101,NKA,and HPD300 to total flavonoids of Microco paniculata L.respectively.Conclusions D101,NKA and HPD300 were suitable for the enrichment and purification of total flavonoids of Microcos paniculata L.,and their sorption process fitted Langmuir equation.
