冠状动脉病变患者血清同型半胱氨酸和血脂指标的检测 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉病变患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与血脂的变化及两者间的相关性。方法经冠状动脉造影证实至少有1支冠状动脉主要分支有明显斑块、狭窄者75例为冠状动脉病变作为观察组,冠状动脉造影正常者35例为对照组,分别检测Hcy、血脂谱,进行统计学t检验及相关性检验。结果观察组患者Hcy、TC、LDL.C、TG、LP(a)均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),Hcy与TG、TC、LDL-C、LP(a)的相关系数分别为-2.01、-0.13、-0.18、-0.58,差异均无统计学意义。结论血浆Hcy、TC、LDL-C、TG、LP(a)水平增高是冠状动脉病变的独立危险因素。
