摘要
目的观察桂哌齐特治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将95例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组47例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液静脉滴注。观察两组临床疗效,治疗组在治疗前后进行血液流变学测定。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.8%和76.6%,两者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组在治疗后血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论桂哌齐特治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效好,能明显改善患者的血液流变学指标。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cinepazide in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on hemorrheology. Methods 95 cases with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Two groups receiving regular drugs,in addition, the treatment group receiving intravenously cinepazide maleate injection. The clinical efficacy were observed of two groups,hemorrheology of therapy group were examined before and after treatment. Results The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（95.8% vs 76.6% ,P〈 0.01 ）. Comparison with those before treatment,the indices of hemorheology in therapy group improved obviously after treatment（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Cinepazide is effective in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris, and it can effectively improve the indices of hemorrheology.
