摘要
果蔗(Saccharum officblarumL.)是一类专供鲜食的甘蔗,口味甘美,风味独特,具有解渴、解酒、解毒、清热、利尿等保健功能是深受群众喜爱的果品之一。该实验以鲜切去皮的果蔗为原料,通过控制温度,保鲜材料,湿度开展三因素三水平延长果蔗贮藏期研究。结果表明将鲜切果蔗去皮后贮藏在温度为2℃,湿度为90%,并用保鲜膜B包装具有最好的保水性和保藏效果。但易冻伤。
Sugarcane is a kind of sweet fruit which has a unique and special flavor, it possesses the function of quenching one's thirst, antialcoholic, clearing away heat and toxic material and it is benefit for urine, meanwhile, it is one of the most favorable food. An experiment was conducted to investigate the ef- fects of storage period, tempreture, Ph and humidity on keeping materials fresh of sugarcanes fresh-cut . The results indicated that the chopped sugarcane should be stored at the tempreture of 10 ℃ belove zero and the humidity level of 90%, besides, it should be packed with B preservative film, which is good at keeping water and storing.
