摘要
目的探讨斑秃与血浆内皮素水平间关系及斑秃丸治疗斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法用放射免疫法检测斑秃患者血浆内皮素水平并对斑秃患者与健康人、斑秃患者活动期与稳定期及斑秃患者口服斑秃丸治疗前后的血浆内皮素水平进行比较研究。结果斑秃患者与健康人比较,血浆内皮素水平显著增高(P<0.001);斑秃活动期血浆内皮素水平也显著增高(P<0.001)。斑秃患者治疗后血浆内皮素水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001)。斑秃患者口服斑秃丸治疗3个月,总有效率74.17%。无明显不良反应。结论斑秃与血浆内皮素有关,斑秃丸可能对血浆内皮素的产生有抑制作用;斑秃丸治疗斑秃安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the senan levels of endhheline （EN） and alopecia areata（AA）, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the A Pill in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods The serum levels of EN were mensurated by the mdiatory immunization in the normal controls, the patients of AA including the active and steady phase, and the before and after treatment individually.Results Compared with the normal controls, the serum levels of EN in the patients of AA were increased significantly （p〈 0.001）.Especially, the serum levels of EN of the patients of AA in active phase were markedly higher than those in steady phase（p 〈 0.001）. After the treatment of oral the AlopeciaAreata Pill for 3 months, the serum levels of EN in the patients of AA are markedly lower than the before treatment （p 〈 0.001）. The total efficiency is 74.17 %. No obviously side effects. Condusion These results indicate that EN has closely related with AA. The Alopecia. Areata Pill might restrain the producing of EN, it is a safe and efficient drug for the treatment of AA and it is worth to application in clinical generalized.
