中药小夹板外固定治疗Colles骨折的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察中药小夹板治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法2005年6月至2008年7月应用手法复位配合中药小夹板外固定治疗Colles骨折90例,并对其进行骨折的复位评分和功能评分。结果90例患者均获随访,随访时间6个月-20个月,平均13.6个月,复位评分优良率81%,功能评分优良率77%。结论手法复位中药小夹板外固定对大多数稳定型Colles骨折可取得满意临床疗效。
