摘要
目的:介绍一种新型的野战单侧组合式骨外固定器。方法:根据力学原理设计,在单侧简易骨外固定器的基础上,将螺纹杆上的圆钉孔、长圆形钉槽的布局改进成两端各为一个长圆形钉槽,其间为数个圆钉孔,圆钉孔改进成攻丝圆孔,骨钉改进成带自攻钻头的细螺纹钉。结果:其设计新颖,结构简洁,重量轻,体积小,操作方便,固定牢靠。结论:无电动工具或手摇钻时也能实施四肢骨折外固定,符合野战的需要,为战时提高战斗力。
Objective To introduce a new field battle unilateral external fixation. Methods According to the mechanical principles design, in the summary of unilateral external fixation to improve it. The round nail holes and nail-round slot in threaded rod have been instead by nail-round slot at both ends of threaded rod. There are several tapping holes between the numbers of nail-round slot. The bone screws have been instead by small self-tapping screw. Results The structures of external fixation devoice are simple and novelty and the manipulation of it is convenience. Meantime it has the privileges of light weight, little volume and secure stabilization. Conclusion The design of the new external fixator can be applied in extremity fractures without power tool and crank drill, so it can be elevated battle force in the field battle.
