摘要
本文在介绍了放射性液位计的基本原理和基本组成的基础上,结合放射性液位计在PTA装置中加氢反应器和精制结晶器的应用实例,详细说明了放射性液位计在使用过程中系统配置、标定和故障判断及注意事项,对指导放射性液位计在工业中的应用有一定的指导意义。
Based on introduction of basic principle and fundamental component of radioactive level gauge, this paper demonstrated system configuration, calibration, diagnosis and notes for applications in usage of radioactive level gauge combined with its applications in hydrogenation reactor and crystallizer in PTA plants, which is of guiding significance in terms of application in industry.
