摘要
目的探讨急性白血病患者化疗的临床观察及护理特点,帮助患者顺利完成化疗,提高缓解率,延长生存期。方法回顾性总结111例急性白血病患者在化疗期间的护理经验。结果111例患者累计接受化疗方案共127次,完全缓解71例,部分缓解8例,好转15例,未缓解6例,因病重或经济原因自动出院8例,死亡3例。结论化疗期间护理人员正确细致的护理可以预防或减少患者的并发症及毒副作用,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical observation and the nursing characteristic of acute leukemia patient during chemotherapy, so as to help the patients complete the chemotherapy smoothly, enhance the alleviation rate and extend lifetime. Methods 111 cases of acute leukemia patients in chemotherapy period nursing experience were reviewed. Results 111 patients accept the chemotherapy treatment 127 times,71 patients were complete remission,8 patients were partial remission and 15 patients went for the better. There has not alleviated in 6 patients, 8 patients leave the hospital automatically for seriously ill or the economical reasons ,3 patients died. Conclusion The correct and careful nursing may prevent or reduce patient＇s complications and side effects, enhance curative effect.
