摘要
目的为衡量临床护理带教教师专业素质提供具有代表性、客观性、可操作性的测评工具。方法采用"专家对比排序法"请10名专家对本研究初步拟定的临床护理带教教师专业素质评估指标,进行项目合适度反馈,并将各指标要素按重要程度计分排秩次,运用数学方法计算各指标权重。结果本研究体系构建一级指标(职业价值观与行为、临床护理能力、教学能力、管理能力、科研创新能力)5项,二级指标19项,10名专家认为指标项目全面、合适,其合适频率达到100%;5项一级指标的权重依次为0.151、0.298、0.298、0.110、0.143,19项二级指标的权重为0.196~0.368。结论该指标体系客观合理、科学实用;指标要素全面,权重重点突出。符合临床护理带教教师与护士的核心能力要求,能全面客观地评价临床护理带教教师的整体素质与综合能力。
Objective To construct a representative, objective and feasible evaluation instrument for assessing the professional qualities of clinical nursing teacher. Methods The method of "sorting of experts contrast" was used in 10 experts to get their feedback on suitability and importance of indicators against which the professional qualities of clinical nursing teacher were measured, and mathematical methods were used to calculate the weight of each indicator. Results The appraisal system contained 5 level 1 indicators (professional values and behavior, clinical nursing ability, teaching ability, management capability, the ability of conducting scientific research and innovation, with the weight of each indicator being 0.151,0. 298 , 0. 298,0.110,0. 143 respectively) and 19 level 2 indicators whose weights ranged from 0. 196 to 0. 368. Experts who joined the study reached general consensus on each indicator. Conclusion The index system is scientific and practical, and can be well used to appraise the overall quality and comprehensive capability of clinical nursing teachers.
