摘要
综述绞股蓝在化学、药理、临床功效,特别是在抗癌试验方面的研究进展,以供研究和临床参考。绞股蓝具有抗疲劳、降低过氧化脂质、促进细胞新陈代谢,以及临床治疗气虚、阳虚、白发,防治老年病和抗癌方面的积极作用。以绞股蓝为主要原料,配以甘草、蜂蜜等,探讨适宜的配方和工艺条件,研制出色、香、味较佳,清凉止渴,具有一定保健功能的天然饮品,有助于绞股蓝这一野生植物资源的开发利用。
Gynostemma PentaPhyllum＇s effect in the chemistry, pharmacology, clinical. Especially in the progress of the anti-cancer test were introduced in this paper. Some data in research and reference at clinical were given. Methods： some domestic and international relevant data in recent year were searched. Results： itsThe Gynostemma PentaPhyllum has anti-tired, reducing oxide lipid, promoting the cell metabolism and treat air case, prevent the old-age disease and the anti-cancer. Conclusion ： As health care, Gynostemma PentaPhyllum can make tea and drink etc. it has value of development. Using Gynostemma pentaphyllum （Thunb.） Makino, licorice root and honey etc. as raw materials, the technological process of Gynostemma pentaphyllum （Thunb.） Makino drink was studied. Its color, fragrance, and taste are satisfactory with health protection and qneueh one＇s thirst. It is conducive to developmentof the Gynostemmapentaphyllum （Thunb.） Makino.
