摘要
阐述了石油替代燃料开发必须考虑以下内容:①规模化生产,并能满足产品质量和数量方面的要求;②石油替代燃料的性能评价必须考虑其潜在能量;③必须满足产业链和供应链方面的要求;④满足燃料动力性能和驾驶性能的要求。介绍了在进行石油替代燃料开发项目的可行性研究时,要注意经济效益分析结论的准确度、受原材料价格的影响,以及要注意过程的能源利用效率分析。强调了石油替代能源产业对环境的影响应包括:①产品的使用过程;②能源转化过程;③对大生态环境的影响。最后指出应该重视石油替代燃料开发过程中各种可能的产业风险的分析和规避。
The paper deals with what have to be taken into account in the development of oil alternative fuel industry.Such considerations may inelude：（1）large scale production while meeting the requirements of product quality and quantity; （2）the potential energy of oil alternative fuel has to be taken into consideration in its performance evaluation; （3）its development has to meet the requirement of industry and supply chains; （4）its development has to meet the requirements of fuel dynamic and driving performances.The paper points out that while conducting the study of the feasibility of oil alternative fuel development projects ,attention has to be given to the accuracy of its economic efficiency analysis and the effect arising from the raw material price.In addition,attention should also be paid to the analysis of the process energy utilization efficiency.The paper focuses on the environmental effects brought about by oil alternative fuel industry,such effects upon environment should include：（1）the process of product utilization; （2） the process of energy conversion; （3）the ef- fect upon macro-ecological environment.The paper concludes that close attention should be given to the anal- ysis as well as circumvention of the various industrial risks possibly arising from the processes of the development of oil alternative fuel.
