摘要
介绍了甘薯资源加工利用的现状,对我国甘薯资源利用中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出开展甘薯系列产品和甘薯渣资源开发的建议和对策,以提高甘薯综合利用价值。
The comprehensive utilization actuality of sweet potato resources is introduced. The problems in the utilization of sweet potato in China are analyzed. Some advices for enhancing the using value of sweet potato are proposed, such as exploiting more new productions of sweet potato and resources of sweet potato residue.
