摘要
该文系统总结了离心泵空化产生的原因,改进的方法。重点分析了诱导轮在改进离心泵空化特性的独特作用,对诱导轮和离心叶轮结构和性能配合进行了研究。并对同一离心泵叶轮分别加装一级诱导轮、两级诱导轮和三级诱导轮进行了对比分析。经过对比分析表明诱导轮在改进离心泵空化性能方面效果明显。
The cavitations reason and reformation methods were systematically summarized. The special function of introducer to improve the impellor's cavitation was analyzed and the structure and performance matching between impellor and introducer were researched. The comparative analyses among impellor with one lever introducer, two lever introducers, three introducers were performed. These fully demonstrate the introducer's affection to improve impellor pump cavitation.
