摘要
对现代住宅小区规划中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策,指出住宅小区的交通组织应因地制宜,环境建设要注重整合性,强调了住宅小区安全和社区服务系统改善的重要性,从而完善住宅小区的规划。
The paper explores the problems in the planning of modem residential complex, points out relative strategies, illustrates the traffic organization of the residential complex should adapt itself to the local conditions, and the environmental construction should emphasize on the wholeness, as well as the importance of the improvement in the residential complex .safety and the community service system, .so as to enhance the planning of the residential complex.
