摘要
通过对1996年我国东、中和西部地区乡镇卫生院人力与病床资源的院平均规模和每千农业人口的各种卫技人员数的描述性分析,揭示了不同地区间的人力与病床资源配置的差异以及各地区内部的各种卫技人员的不配套现状,并提出了作者的一些看法和建议。
The average health manpower and beds per township hospital as well as the average health workers per thousand rural population in eastern, middle and western regions in China, 1996 have been analysed. The results indicated that there are differences of manpower and bed resources amongst regions and the distribution of health worker is not suitable even in the same region. Some suggestions were also made by the authors in this paper.
