摘要
水杨羟肟酸是近年来氧化矿浮选的重要捕收剂,在生物、材料、化学、环境方面也存在广泛的应用。针对水杨羟肟酸合成中存在的问题,改进了水杨羟肟酸的合成工艺,对影响水杨羟肟酸质量的主要因素进行分析,并提出了相应地解决办法。试验表明改进合成方法可以提高产品收率和质量,降低盐酸羟胺和氢氧化钠的用量。通过FTIR、1HNMR、MS测试技术对目标产品的结构进行了确证。
Salicylhydroxamic acid is an important collector for oxide ore flotation in recent years. It is widely used in the field of biology, material, chemistry and environmental protection. In the light of problems in synthesis of salicylhydroxamic acid, the synthesis process of salicylhydroxamic acid has been improved. The primary factors affecting quality of salicylhydroxamic acid are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. The test results show that improving synthesis method may increase yield and quality of product, and decrease amount of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide. Structure of the desired product is characterized by FTIR, 1 HNMR and MS.
