摘要
知识经济快速发展,造成社会人才竞争日趋激烈。为了应对挑战,发达国家大力开展创新教育,通过建立以竞争为主导的激励机制、以能力为本位的人才培养机制、以良性循环为目的的人才流动机制,积极培养社会急需的应用型创新人才。学习借鉴这些经验,对推动我国高等职业教育健康发展具有重要意义。
The rapid development of knowledge economy resulted in the increasingly fierce competition for talents. In order to meet the challenge, the developed countries vigorously carry out innovation in education, through the establishment of competition-driven incentive mechanism, competency-based training mechanism, and virtuous-circleaimed talent flow mechanism, positively train the innovative application-oriented talents urgent needed in the community. Learning from these experiences is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of China's higher vocational education.
