摘要
用离子交换柱在Ni^2+70g/L,Cu^2+0.5-2.0g/L,pH=1-4,温度20℃-60°C的模拟硫酸镍电解液中研究硅胶-聚合胺树脂从硫酸镍电解液中深度净化除铜的过程。用H2SO4浓度分别为1.0,1.5,2.0mol/L的解析液考察树脂的解析性能。结果表明,随料液pH增大以及温度升高,树脂对铜的交换容量增大,料液Cu^2+浓度对交换容量影响不大。最佳吸附条件为料液pH=4,吸附接触时间30min,温度60℃。最佳解析条件为H2SO42mol/L,解析接触时间40min。最佳工艺条件下,树脂的铜穿漏及饱和交换容量分别为0.378和0.496mmol/mL-湿树脂,铜解析液峰值浓度可达38g/L以上。
The deep removing copper process from a artificial nickel sulfate electrolyte with the silica-polyamine resin is investigated in solution containing Cu^2+ 0.5- 2.0g/L and Ni^2 + 70g/L with pH value 1- 4 at temperature 20-60°C. Desorption performance is researched in elntion solution containing H2SO4 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mol/L, respectively. The results show that the higher the pH and the temperature, the greater the exchange capacity of the resin. Cu^2 + composition has less influence on adsorption. The optimal adsorption conditions are solution pH = 4, contact time 30min and temperature 60°C. The optimal desorption condition is H2SO4 2.0 mol/L and contact time 40 min. The breakthrough exchange capacity and saturated exchange capacity of the resin for copper are 0.378 and 0. 496 mmol/mL wet resin, respectively, the peak concentration of copper is over 38g/L in desorption solution.
