摘要
综述了食用百合在栽培、化学成分提取和功能以及产品加工等方面的研究进展,指出其研究开发中存在的问题,并对其开发前景进行了展望。
The research progresses on the cultivation,the extraction and functions of chemical components,product processing of edible lily and so on were summarized.The existing problems in the research and development of edible lily were pointed out.And its development foreground was predicted.
