摘要
为保障电力设备安全,提出建立电力设备综合应急预警系统。该系统包括电力设施防盗预警和输电线路监控预警两个子功能系统,分别实现配电网电力设备的防盗保护预警和输电线路及其运行环境的在线全天候监测,具有对象管理、报警、监控、自动巡检、数据调用、远程提审、历史资料检索与比对、资源管理调度、辅助决策、应急预案系统等多种功能。
To safeguard power equipment, it is suggested to build integrated emergency warning system of electric power equipment, which comprises two subsystems of power equipment anti-theft warning and transmission line monitoring warning, respectively realizing the anti-theft warning for power equipment in distribution network and the on-line allweather monitoring on transmission lines and operating environment thereof, capable of object management, warning, supervisory control; automatic patrol inspection, data call, remote review, historical data searching and comparing, resource management and dispatch, decision support and emergency preplanning system, etc.
