摘要
虽然许多研究都认为情绪智力是一个重要的能力指标要素,但更多的研究主要还是以西方国家和地区的被试为基础,比较少有来自中国本土的研究。考虑到情绪智力测量时候具有重要的文化和习俗差异,最近中国香港地区的几位学者主要以香港本地的样本为例,根据国际上关于情绪智力的多维度构思的认同,开发了一套情绪智力测量系统。本研究以来自中国上海的公务员群体为样本,对这套情绪智力测量系统下的情绪智力构思进行检验,并运用多元方差分析和回归分析技术来探讨人口统计特征对情绪智力构思的影响,并特别关注情绪智力对个体职业满意度和工作压力的影响。最后根据研究结果对与情绪智力相关的理论研究和管理实践提供一些建议。
Although emotional intelligence has been widely recognized as an important measure for personal capacity, most of the current researches focus on Western cases and few are based on Chinese cases. Considering the cultural differences, several Hong Kong scholars developed an emotional intelligence measurement tool based on Hong Kong samples. This paper samples the public servants in Shanghai and uses MANOVA and regression analytical techniques to analyze the sample demographical variables effects on the emotional intelligence, with special emphasis on the effects of emotional intelligence on individual career satisfaction and interpersonal stress in work. Finally, suggestions on future researches and management practice regarding emotional intelligence are presented based on the results.
