镁合金阳极氧化电解液组分的优化探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了改进镁合金的耐蚀性,促进其进一步应用,用优化工艺在AZ31镁合金表面制得了具有良好耐点蚀性能的阳极氧化膜,采用正交设计方法分析研究了电解液组分对镁合金氧化成膜及抗蚀性的影响,获得最优工艺参数为:45g/LNaOH,80g/LNa2SiO3,5g/L柠檬酸钠,40mL/L添加剂D(一种有机缓蚀剂);氧化温度10~30℃,时间10~40min,电流密度1~20mA/cm2,阴阳极面积比2∶6。用该优化工艺在AZ31镁合金表面生成的氧化膜具有良好的耐点蚀性能,经浸泡耐蚀试验评定为9级。 The optimization of the technology for anodic oxidation of AZ31 Mg alloy was investiga-ted,and anodic oxidation coating with good pitting resistance was prepared using the optimized technology.The effects of the bath composition on the film-formation process and corrosion resistance of the anodic oxidation coating were studied using orthogonal tests.Results indicated that the optimized bath was composed of 45 g/L NaOH,80 g/L Na2 SiO3,5 g/L sodium citrate,40 mL/L additive D(one kind of organic inhibitor),and the optimized pa-rameters were determined as temperature of 10 ~ 30 ℃,duration of 10-40 min,current density of 1-20 mA/cm1,and cathode to anode area ratio of 2 :6.The resulting anodic oxidation coat-ing on Mg alloy had good pitting resistance and was qualified as grade 9 in immersion corrosion tests.
