双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间复杂骨折 被引量：14

Clinical results of bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement for comminuted intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly

摘要 股骨转子间骨折临床多见,尤多发于高龄患者,因骨折类型复杂多为粉碎,高龄患者骨质疏松,且往往伴有严重的内科疾患,若临床处理不当,轻者遗留髋内翻、旋转、下肢短缩等畸形,重者导致死亡。2001年1月至2006年6月,采用骨水泥型人工双极股骨头置换治疗80岁以上高龄患者股骨转子间复杂骨折26例，获得满意疗效，现报告如下。
